Price Match Policy

Rhydon My Cards is committed to providing the best prices to our customers. If you find a lower price on an identical item at a qualifying competitor, we will match the price under the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

 

How to request for a price match

To take advantage of your price match, you can follow these simple steps:

1. Find a lower price: Identifying and finding an authorised business whom sell the identical item at a lower price. 

2. Have the details ready e.g. URL (web link) to show proof of availability. 

3. Proof of Price: A valid advertisement, website link, or quote showing the lower price must be provided.

4. Contact us via email or chat with the necessary proof of the lower price. We will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours.

 

Exclusions

Price match requests will not be honoured for:

a. Items sold by unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers on marketplaces.

b. Items listed as clearance, closeout, liquidation, or damaged.

c. Special promotions such as flash sales, bundle offers, and limited-time discounts.

d. Prices that result from typographical errors.

e. Membership or loyalty program discounts, rebates, or coupons.

f. Special promotions are excluded, such as bundled offers.

g. Products sold by unauthorised dealers or third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Cardmarket) are excluded.

 

Terms and conditions

  • The item must be identical in brand, model number, and specifications.
  • The lower price must be available to the general public and not part of a loyalty or membership program.
  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at both Rhydon my Cards and the competitor.
  • Our Price Match Policy does not apply to used or refurbished items, clearance or closeout sales, or auction websites.
  • Price match requests must be made prior to purchase. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
  • We reserve the right to verify the competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item
